Marcel is an involved, original and stimulating sparring-partner who has guided dozens of managers, high-potentials, professionals and managing directors. Not only has he executed AVOP assessments and development programmes, as organisational psychologist, but he has also worked for a variety of multinationals as Management Development Consultant, Talent-manager, HR-manager and Director Talent Development. Talent-management and leadership-development are his expertise in particular. His drive is a shared discovering and finding out how to realize personal goals in others. His approach is sharp, direct and confronting, but always focused on a person’s possibilities. Marcel currently runs his own leadership-development consultancy and is associated with AVOP as a dedicated freelancer.
