The Competence Scan is a short assessment and is particularly suited to determine whether a (potential) employee possesses certain competences or is capable of developing these. The basis is a unilateral question and the focus lies on a maximum of five competences. The scan requires a relatively small investment in time and money.

What does it bring?

Within five days you will obtain an objective image of a maximum of five competences with a concrete description and estimation. In terms of time investment it requires half a day from the participant. End product is a concise custom-made report for the competences that you have indicated. The report describes concrete behaviour.

How do we work?

During the intake, we determine your goals in a swift but meticulous manner. Subsequently, we arrange and create the assessment programme. The participant receives the personality tests digitally, and will be involved in the programme at our office location for half a day. With personality- and capacity tests, a roleplay and an interview, focused on the competences in question, we form an image. The participant will be given the result immediately.
