Employees want to develop professionally and personally. That’s why it is important to know where their talents lie, which role is in line with these, and how they can and want to develop. Not only do we offer an insight into concrete behaviour, but also into the underlying psychological mechanisms. This is necessary to ensure a sustainable change of behaviour. In developing your employees, we use several different methods, with the objective of increasing the effectiveness of the work context. In doing so we pair insight into people with organisational knowledge. We do not use psychological perspectives OR business science, but both, in a win-win fashion.
