How do we work?

Primarily,we plot the recruitment process together with you; where are the potential candidates, and how can they be reached? Subsequently, interested candidates will be assessed through tests and interviews. Those who make it through the first selection phase, will be invited to participate in the Graduate Recruitment Day, when AVOP collaborates with you in selecting the best candidates through an assessment/game.
