Jeffrey works as consultant with AVOP. After his Higher Vocational Education, he has studied in Social & Organisational Psychology at the Rijksuniversiteit (Governmental University) in Leiden. After his studies, he has worked within recruitment & selection for a number of years. Both in the office aspect (i.a. as head-hunter with De Vroedt & Thierry), and the corporate side (corporate recruiter with Danone). Thereafter, he moved to Menea; an HR consultancy, where he fulfilled a commercial role for a number of years. Within AVOP, Jeffrey executes (development) assessments and plays a significant part in account management. As such, he works with career-guidance and coaching as a priority in his portfolio.
