Jos van Baal

Jos van Baal is associated with AVOP as organisational consultant, trainer, coach and interim manager. Jos stimulates a multitude of forms in organisational development, such as strategy implementation, performance management, management development, staffing and team collaboration. Originally a chemist, Jos has been stimulating chemistry between people for twenty odd years. He is driven by the question: when organisation, manager or professional have done right by their external or internal clients – and how to attain this: by using a healthy dose of common sense, opening one’s heart and getting to work. This is characteristic for his own way of working.
