Kwintes is satisfied with the way AVOP has conducted this motivational analysis for supernumerary managers. It has offered managers an insight into their own drivers and the choices that they wanted to make in their follow-up steps. Conversations about these issues were inspiring and focused on development. 70% of supernumerary managers who have performed the motivational test have been re-employed in a suitable position.
