Arjen

Arjen Bosma is consultant with AVOP. He graduated at Groningen University (RUG) as Labour & Organisational Psychologist. Prior to his graduation he started working as HR consultant. After his graduation he has been working as lecturer in psychology, career-guidance and statistics at CHN (currently Stenden). After that, he has fulfilled a role as intermediary for people of disadvantage in the labour market. Subsequently, he has started work as an assessment- and development consultant with ORGA. He has grown to senior level in this organisation and occupied himself with conducting assessments, career guidance and personal coaching and training. Thereafter, he moved to Recruitment & Selection Consultants YER, where he has created and expanded Assessment into a full service. After YER, he started to work from his own practice in 2005, for a number of clients. In this capacity, he also works for AVOP. In addition to the disciplines mentioned above, he also occupies himself with guiding and coaching ‘incapacitated’ employees, employees with burnout or employees who find themselves in situations of conflict with their employer
